Kindergarten Supply Lists

Ms. Patterson

Please send these items with your child on the first day of school or bring them during your kindergarten interview

1 backpack (labeled with your child’s name)
3 bottles of hand sanitizer
3 containers of Clorox wipes
2 boxes of tissues
1 change of clothes (please make sure the bag and all clothing is labeled with your child’s name)
1 pack of expo markers
1 box of 12 count pencils

First Grade Supply Lists

Supplies- Due Friday, Sept. 6th! I need ALL supplies by this day. Missed recess will begin for students who do not have their belongings.

All supplies are SHARED except books/book bag.

2 boxes of Crayola crayons- 48 or 64 pack
12 brown pencils
2 bottles of Elmo glue- no glue sticks
1 box of GALLON size Ziploc bags
5 pack EXPO dry erase markers
FOUR black/white composition books- No Spirals
Your child will use all of these, so he/she must bring in 4.
Your child does not need a pencil box or folder.

Homework- Homework is given EVERY night. A weekly sheet will be stapled in the RED dot book. Please make sure ALL homework is completed. It should be completed in the homework book and worksheets folded and placed back in book. Missing or messy homework is an automatic yellow and no recess. No folders will go home.

Weekly Tests- Weekly tests are given each Friday. If your child is absent he/she will make it up when back in school on his/her own. Tests are sent home every Monday and must be signed and returned on Tuesday.

Behavior Calendar- A monthly behavior chart will be stapled on the outside of your homework book. Monthly goals will be set for special activities.

Expectations-

*Nightly Homework is completed. If your child attends an after-school program, I need you to check and make sure the homework is completed and done neatly.

*Rules are followed daily

Respectful to teacher and others

Works quietly and cooperatively

Hands are kept to self

Line up nicely and quietly

Complete all work in school and home

Parent Conferences- Parent conferences occur 3 times a year. It is imperative you attend the conference, so I can go over glows and grows about your child.

Mr. McGinley

Welcome to 5th grade. We are looking forward to working with you in the fall. Attached is the supply list for all subjects as well as summer homework for both reading and math.

1 inch binder (this is for reading)
Three hole punch dividers for the binder, at least 5 labeled as follows; Writing, Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading, and Social Studies.
6 packs of 12 pencils.
